Great Lakes Legacy Act

Mayor Jerry Brown of Trenton (center), Howard Ellias (right) and U. S. Congressman John Conyers (right), along with representatives from U.S. Senator Carl Levin, U.S. Congressman John Dingell, Michigan Governor Grandholm, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, International Joint Commission, and Wayne County, cut ribbon on the newly renamed Ellias Cove.
